To our partner Xu Jingrong, awarded the 2024 ALB China Top 15 Female Lawyers

On October 21, 2024, the Asian Legal Magazine (ALB) under Thomson Reuters announced the list of the top 15 female lawyers in ALB China for 2024, with Xu Jing, a partner in the Intellectual Property Department of our law firm, on the list.

Lawyer Xu Jing joined Zhiben Law Firm in 2000 and has personally experienced the evolution and development of China's intellectual property industry and related laws. Lawyer Xu Jing not only focuses on exploring cutting-edge issues in the field of intellectual property dispute resolution, but also attaches great importance to exploring and developing emerging and hot intellectual property businesses. The cases represented by Lawyer Xu Jing have been selected multiple times as the annual typical cases and guiding cases of intellectual property by the Supreme People's Court. Since participating in the handling of the first licensing fee dispute and anti-monopoly dispute between Huawei and Interdigital in the field of standard essential patents in China in 2011, Lawyer Xu Jing has placed great emphasis on the development, accumulation, and team building of business in this field. As the main attending lawyer, she has represented numerous well-known and influential series of cases between Huawei and Samsung, Nokia and OPPO, etc., keeping Zhiben in a leading position in standard essential patent disputes and related monopoly disputes.
