Listing of Local Flat Line Robots on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

On October 24, 2024, Horizon Robotics (stock code: 9660) successfully completed its initial public offering and was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The pre IPO size of Green Shoes was approximately HKD 5.4 billion, and the post IPO size of Green Shoes was approximately HKD 6.2 billion (assuming full exercise of Green Shoes), making it the largest overseas technology Chinese concept stock IPO in the past three years.
