In the past two years, China's private equity fund industry has undergone significant changes in fundraising environment, investment direction, management ideas, exit models, and other aspects under the changes in the capital market and the overall evolution of the economic environment. At the same time, with the gradual introduction and implementation of the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Private Equity Investment Funds" and related self regulatory management regulations, higher requirements have been put forward for the operation of the private equity fund industry.

King&Wood Mallesons has participated in multiple seminars and consultations organized by relevant regulatory agencies during the construction of new regulatory rules for private equity funds, including the "Measures for Registration and Filing of Private Equity Investment Funds" and its supporting guidelines, as well as the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Private Equity Investment Funds". They have also repeatedly studied, learned, and explored hot issues and detailed rules of the new regulatory regulations.

Based on this, we have compiled some representative issues in the recent market environment and industry regulation of the private equity fund industry into "Interpretation and Practical Analysis of Hot Issues in Private Equity and Funds II".
